Cancellation Policy
If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your appointment, please make sure to give us at least 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged for your appointment.
In order to fully benefit from your session and help Blue Star keep on schedule, please arrive a few minutes early for office sessions. In order to allow time to ease into the process the appointment is considered cancelled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Thank you for your understanding.
All Sales are Final. No Refunds.
Rescheduling
To Reschedule your session, kindly go to your original scheduling confirmation. At the bottom of your email is an option to Reschedule.
