Your Session
I am often asked how many sessions should I experience? This question has many different answers depending on our current state and what our healing goals are.
Everyone will benefit with one session ... Energy Healing is an accumulative process. We want to feel alive again and release the stagnation and negative loop thinking. Gaining momentum through consistent sessions will bring the greatest benefit. We want to experience our joy, peace and clarity.
You are diving into the depths of your Being. Every session is different. Generally the first 3 weekly sessions we work on Clearing, Alignment, Balancing, and Grounding, addressing your issues. We are aligning with divine Source. We are working to bring in balance and stability to harmonize any spiritual crisis, gently releasing everything that you have so carefully suppressed beneath the surface. We are lightning your burdens. When we release these burdens the feeling is relief.
* Your experience and information may have a different "understanding" in the healing world than in the material world. It is the client's responsibility to communicate with Blue Star the need for further clarification, information and whether the information imparted resonates. I am dedicated to your up-most healing, empowerment and having a productive session. Some of our healing work can be pretty profound. After your first session you may leave feeling "lighter", clearer and have much to process. Energy is moving around in your being and accessing many places in your body that it hasn't been in awhile. Clearing is continuing as the session gently unpacks. Universal Epiphanies and synchronicities may come up for you.

Next Session
We can see progress with the very next session! Your Being is activated, energized and recognizes the process as beneficial. You have acclimated to our process and can totally relax, letting go of any stress and anxiety. There may be a feeling of creativity, more confidence and self-love. We continue clearing and going deeper. You are connecting more to your intuition, your energetic awareness and perception.

We continue our work in our 3rd weekly session and release more loose ends. Generally we move to bi-weekly sessions for a month and then once a monthly to continue our healing maintenance. Profound healing has taken place, a greater understanding of our Authentic Self, our Authentic Service and our Authentic Expression comes into focus.
Continued and regular sessions takes us deeper into our self-healing. We gain more spiritual tools for our tool box. Our energetic awareness increases. Our natural psychism and energetic perception increases. Each day we are calling back more and more of our power, reclaiming our space and energetic integrity.
